This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and The Cinnamon Hollow, and applies to your use of the The Cinnamon Hollow's services and any related products available through The Cinnamon Hollow Internet Servers (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.
- The Cinnamon Hollow and our Network of sites are for advertising purposes only. The Cinnamon Hollow Network is not affiliated with advertisers who have purchased paid advertising and cannot be held liable for transactions taking place with sites advertising their goods and services.
- Advertising packages are non-refundable once your ad appears on the site.
- Scripts/Software and all digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.
- The following sites will NOT be accepted.
Those that:
- Promote Immoral, Illegal, or Illicit websites.
- Promote Adult, Hate, Racist or any kind of material that will cause offence. Including but not limited to adult 'toy' companies and those selling sexually related items. We have young children at our office and these types of sites will not be advertised.
- Any language other than English as the predominant language (minor use of a foreign language is permitted but should not represent more than 10% of the total page).
- Use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from The Cinnamon Hollow Network for any reason.
